How MyNextGate works
MyNextGate answers one question:
What do I do next at the airport?
Enter your flight and we'll guide you step by step through your departure, connection or arrival — using live flight information and airport procedures verified against official sources.
Four kinds of information — never mixed up
- Live flight data
- Times, terminals, gates and status come from our flight-data provider. They can be missing or change at any time.
- Verified airport procedures
- Immigration, security, baggage and transfer steps we've checked against official airport and government pages. Each shows its source and when we last checked.
- Estimates
- Only when an airport publishes one — like a recommended connection time. We never invent walking or queue times.
- Unknown
- When we can't confirm something, we say “Check required” and point you to the official resource. We'd rather tell you less than tell you wrong.
What we ask, and why
We only ask a question when the answer changes your steps — your passport country (for visa checks), whether you have checked bags, and whether both flights are on one booking. We don't need your name, email, booking reference or passport number, and we don't store your answers.
